Location Description and History |
||||
This location is supposedly haunted by the ghost of a hungry little boy. The building was once a school and it is believed that the boy still lingers there. There may have been other spirits at the location, one that was violent, but the building was "cleansed" at least once. The ghost moves around the dolls in the shop and pinatas have been found on the floor in areas too far away to have just fallen down.
We picked up several suspect EM fields, one in the bathroom, where problems with the lighting have occurred, one in the back storeroom, where "something" knocked the owner of the shop off of a ladder, and the area near the back of the store. We set the Trifield up in the rear of the shop and backed off to monitor any activity. The Trifield did sound an alarm several times lasting several seconds with each incident, however we were unable to capture the target on film. We later discovered that the source of this reading was probably a ham radio signal. Another interesting event that has occurred concerns a candy bowl. The candy was left in a bowl on the counter for the "little boy". The bowl was full when the owner left that night, but was half full when she opened up the next day. We left candy and returned the next day. It had not been disturbed. After the second shot was taken, we tried to reacquire the target, but 70 pictures later , we finally gave up. There does not seem to be anything paranormal here.
Filed for future reference. No evidence to suggest that this location is not haunted. |
