The NATURAL EM METER
The NATURAL EM METER detects radio/microwaves
and changes in extremely weak static (DC or "natural")
electric and magnetic fields. Using both a needle type meter and
audible tone, it detects: radio transmitters, geomagnetic storms,
unusual magnetic solar activity, electrical activity of thunderstorms,
leaky microwave ovens, magnetized rocks or bed frames, analog cellular
phone EMF output, and concealed surveillance bugs. Because it can
sometimes detect the electrical presence of a person, this versatile
meter can even be used in paranormal studies. Sensitive to changes
in electric fields of as little as 3 V/m with a full scale deflection
at 1000 V/m. Will measure magnetic field changes as small as 0.5%
of the Earth's magnetic field (2.5 mG) and as high as 100 microtesla
(1000 mG). RF sensitive down to 0.01 mW/cm?, with a full needle
deflection at 1 mW/cm? over the frequency range of 100 kHz to 2.5
GHz.

Narda Electromagnetic Radiation
Survey Meter
A broadband measuring device with outstanding
sensitivity. The dynamic range of 64 dB extends from 0.2 V/m to
320 V/m. The EMR-21C is the latest development in the successful
EMR-series from Narda, offers excellent value for money and delivers
very precise measurements even where signals are weak.
It is based on the incredibly accurate multi-frequency calibration
technique based on 17 frequency points performed by Narda at its
own laboratory. The isotropic, three-dimensional (i.e. equally sensitive
in all directions) probe covers the broad frequency range from 10
Hz to 3 GHz. All probes contain DC amplifiers in the handle and
are calibrated independently of the meter.

Due to the EM interference of the environment,
the display heading may show small values before testing, for example
less than 0.5 milligauss. This is not a malfunction. With the tester
in hand, move slowly toward objects noting any change in EMF.

Air Ion Counter
This hand-held ion counter possesses the
same sensitivity (down to 10 ions/cm) as meters costing far more.
Fully electrostatically shielded, with a fan throughput of 200 cm/sec,
it can make accurate readings even in adverse conditions. Measures
positive and negative ions separately. Use it to measure the ions
generated from electrical storms, water spray, radioactive decay,
corona discharge from high tension wires, even check the effectiveness
of a ion generator. Natural ions include those generated from the
decay of radioactive minerals and radon gas; ions generated by fires,
lightning, and evaporating water; and ions associated with storm
activity. Note that in fair weather at sea level, typical ion counts
are about 400 negative and 500 positive ions per cubic centimeter.
Before a storm, positive ions increase dramatically. During a storm,
negative ions increase.
